This is an example how an independent Afrikaner State could look like. The Afrikaner descended mostly from Dutch but also German and French settlers, who settled on the Cape of Good Hope.
The majority of the population is White or Coloured, with a huge Black minority.
I included all territories where the majority speaks Afrikaans (Dutch dialect), most of them are situated in the modern South African provinces of Northern Cape and Western Cape.

This could work if Afrikaners and Boers are to be considered distinct from one another. I say this because Boers are often reluctant to move out of the areas they built upon. They have a strong sense of home in the Transvaal and Free State areas.
